Vladimir Ilić was born on July 29, 1998, in Valjevo. He enrolled in the Technical School in Valjevo in 2013, in the study profile of Traffic Safety Technician, and graduated with excellent success. In 2017, he enrolled in undergraduate academic studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, in the four-year study program Traffic and Transport.
